Opening the bag is a problem to me

I’ve tried and tried, and I can’t open the bag. Finally, I have resorted to cutting off the top and putting that T into a large, zip lock bag, and that works for me if y’all could come up with a easier method of opening up the teabag, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Hey Harry - I'm sorry for the trouble. We're looking into the crimping process that seals the tea freshly into the bag and hopefully will be a nonissue going forward.
